All shipments are made via USPS, UPS Ground (3-5 days), FedEx Ground unless requested otherwise. Encore Music Mall reserves the right to use the carrier of its choice, that will ensure the quickest and most efficient method of shipping on any particular item. For 2 Day or Overnight shipping, please email us at shipping@encoremusicmall.com. All 2-Day and Overnight rates will be determined by the weight of the package and the shipping zone.

We offer FREE SHIPPING most orders. Free shipping does not apply to international orders or orders outside of the contiguous United States. There may be a handling charge for large and/or bulky items.

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Most orders received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries. Additional shipping charges may apply to international orders or orders outside of the contiguous United States. Any items that are not received by the customer after 30 days of the shipping date can file a claim with our customer service department. Within 3 days of the claim, we will either issue a full refund or send a second item, at our own discretion.
